A.       Council Resolution #119 of 2005 approving salary increases for the Civil Service employees, Legal Counsel and Executive Director of the Auburn Housing Authority.

B.      Land Sale Resolution #120 of 2005 authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents for the sale of 12 Cayuga Street, Auburn, New York.

C.      Sidewalk Resolution #121 of 2005 authorizing the financing of sidewalks on the 2005 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program, to be charged back to the owner over a five (5) year period and to be charge to Account #HA 5947-440-001.  

D.      Council Resolution  #122 of 2005 authorizing amendments to the City Council Rules and Procedures at Articles I and VIII.

E.      Council Resolution #123 of 2005 establishing a standard workday for all appointed and elected officials as required by the New York State Retirement System.
